Join Liquid Gas Europe for an upcoming breakfast roundtable where industry leaders and policymakers will discuss how Germany can drive Europe’s liquid gas market toward a 100% renewable future.
Liquid Gas Europe is a Brussels-based association representing national liquid gas (LPG, rLPG, and rDME) associations, leading suppliers, distributors, and equipment manufacturers of liquid gases.
The event will feature opening remarks from an MEP and a brief overview by LGE of the liquid gas market in Germany. Expert panelists will exchange views on the potential for producing renewable and recycled carbon liquid gases in Germany by 2050, considering:
- feedstock availability;
- technological pathways; and
- varying levels of government and industry support to determine realistic production and scaling scenarios.

Ewa Abramiuk- Lété, General Manager, LGE
Ewa Abramiuk-Lété is General Manager at Liquid Gas Europe. Originally from Poland, Ewa has been active in the EU Brussels energy arena since 2007. Over the years, she has specialised in gaseous and sustainable fuels, and has been a strong supporter of Europe’s rural communities.
Seamlessly integrating advocacy and communications, Ewa aims for Liquid Gas Europe to actively engage with broader energy and societal stakeholders – ensuring that a just energy transition is accessible and affordable to all, whether off-the grid or on the road.
Jobst-Dietrich Diercks, Chairman, Deutscher Verband Flüssiggas
Jobst-Dietrich Diercks is the Chairman of the Deutscher Verband Flüssiggas. Previously, he was an attorney at Law since 1985, he began his career with Esso/Exxon Germany from 1985 to 1995, holding various management positions in the Downstream sector, including Heating Oil, Petrol, and Lubes. His last role there was as the senior head of midstream and wholesale in natural gas. From 1995 to 1999, he served as the General Manager of a family-owned petrol station company. He then became the General Manager of Primagas, a major liquid gas retail and wholesale company in Germany, from 1999 to 2021. Primagas is a joint venture owned by the founder family and SHV Energy.
